He graduated law school from the University of Toledo with honors, then worked for a number of years as a trial attorney with Hourigan, Kluger & Quinn, P.C. Thereafter he was a staff attorney with the Geisinger Health System.
For the past 8 years, Patrick O'Connell has been in private practice, handling a variety of civil and criminal cases in and around the Bloomsburg area, providing legal services to Northeastern and Central Pennsylvania.
Patrick O'Connell is married to Holly O'Connell and has 2 children: PJ and Baylee. They also have a German Weimaraner dog as a pet.
